16 GRADUATES FROM FT. SCHOO HIGH MEAD The best sales force cannot make or keep a business unless it has intelligent office work back of it. The best manufacturing organizations will fall flat without the assistance of the right kind of an office force. We have watched the growth of various enterprises and it is our observation that a business prospers about in proportion to the intelligence put into the office work, provided the product or service is right. It is a necessary part of our business to study business and out of that study has grown the idea of helpful service evidenced by our advertising.

Very often we are able to offer valuable advice and to suggest practical ways for meeting business problems. This service is yours for the asking regardless of the size of your business. There is no profit in manufacturing or selling unless those who do the office work figure correctly. The office is the heart of a business. It is the department around which manufacturing or selling or both revolve.

It is not a necessary evil, but a vital factor which can make or break the best manufacturing or selling organization. A poorly equipped office which keeps haphazard records and is. regarded purely as an over head expense has no place in business. Accurate, legible, understandable office records which tell a complete story of the business are the best insurance against trouble, which is the most expensive thing-in the world.
